Description
Polyester Non-ABSORBABLE suture of synthetic origin, braided multifilament and Teflon pad multifilament, which meets the USP requirements.
The polyester suture is composed of poly (ethylene terephtalate)
It is available in green and white.
It is sterilized by Ethylene Oxide
Features
Polyester suture is inert and causes minimal tissue reaction.
It is tear resistant and long-term flexibility, showing minimal fatigue after repeated bending.
It is easy to handle with a soft and smooth surface for easy tying
Indications
The polyester suture is indicated for cardiovascular and vascular surgery, general surgery, gynecology, neurosurgery, gastrointestinal and tissues bonding.
It is frequently used during the implantation of heart valves, vascular procedures for anastomosis
